NAME<br />

phone - phone directory file format<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />

The phone directory ( .phdir) files created by the Telephone<br />

Manager may be used by other programs. These files store telephone<br />

directory and user preference information.<br />

Header<br />

The .phdir file header occupies the first 256 bytes of the file and<br />

is organized in fields as follows. User preference items described<br />

below can be set through the Telephone Preferences in the Office.<br />

associated number when the function key<br />

is pressed with Shift. No record is associated<br />

with F2 since Shift-F2 displays the<br />

Call Screen.<br />

Pointers to up to 14 records associated<br />

with other keyboard keys. Consult the<br />

AT&T UNIX PC Telephone Manager<br />

User's Guide for detailed keyboard information.<br />
