Field Descriptions IPX/SPX Command-Line Options A5 The following fields appear in the status line on the IPX/ SPX Adminis tration Main Menu. The status line appears just below the screen title. Status : Status of IPX/SPX. The possible values are RUNNING or STOPPED. Network number : Host machine's network number in hexadecimal format. The network number is taken from a NetWare server on the local area network. This number can be manually assigned to the INTERACTIVE UNIX System by editing /etc/mcstab. Node address : Hexadecimal node address that identifies the adapter on the network. The following IPX/SPX command-line options are available. To list these commands online, type ipxd ? . Command Purpose ipxd Displays the IPX/SPX Administration Main Menu. ipxd setup Displays the IPX/SPX Configuration Main Menu. ipxd start Starts IPX/SPX. ipxd stop Stops IPX/SPX. ipxd status Displays the status of IPX/SPX. ipxd stats Displays statistics for IPX/SPX. ipxd version Displays the version number for IPX/SPX. ipxd nls create Creates language files for IPX/SPX. ipxd nls compile Compiles the specified language files for IPX/SPX.
