Clutch assemblies utilize 20% oversize rollers for longer clutch life • Idler gears are manufactured
from cold headed steel for additional strength • Armature hairpins are resistance welded to the commutator
for a durable connection • ll V-Twin starters are supplied with a 10/32 threaded output shaft
and a conversion jackshaft bolt to allow 1 starter to fit all years from 1989 thru 2006 • Every starter
is supplied with its own performance test curve to assure hi output

Our highest performing motor designed to produce maximum output shaft speed and torque with a 300CCA
battery. Due to the motor section being ¾” longer than a stock starter it will not fit FL series bikes without moving
the oil reservoir filler tube.
WE RECOMMEND USING 4GA BATTERY CABLES AND A 300 CCA AGM BATTERY WITH THIS STARTER

A drop in solution for modified FL series engines. Due to the space constraints of FL series bikes our hi-output
compact OSGR motor requires no modifications for installation. This starter utilizes a permanent-magnet motor
design that is no larger than the stock 1.2kW starter. Due to the high in-rush currents of permanent magnet
motors this is not a good solution for a “bar hop” bike due to the limited capacity of the charging system.
WE RECOMMEND USING 4GA BATTERY CABLES AND A 300 CCA AGM BATTERY WITH THIS STARTER.
