? Get a Tribe e-mail account (342-5015)
? Get your Student ID (SACS Office- 342-5002)
? Keep a current address on file with the Register Office (ADM 342-5262)
? Find you Class Locations
? Get a parking permit and a map of parking zones - Campus Police (342-5350)
? Know important Financial Aid Dates (ADM 342-5320)
? Know the requirements to keep Financial Aid or Scholarship
? Know Drop/Add Dates
? Join a Club/Organization - List found @ ULM Catalog pg. 65
? Attend Campus Events - See the ULM Calendar @ ulm.edu
? See your Academic Advisor for 2 nd week semester Check-In
? Week 4 attend CASS Introduction
? Mid-October - Look for Spring Schedule
? Make a tentative Spring Course Schedule
? See your Academic Advisor for Spring Advising
? Know when Spring Telephone Registration begins & ends
? Know when your Finals are scheduled
? Know when the Fall Semester ends
Second Semester
? Find your Class Locations
? Know important Financial Aid Dates - By April you will need to file for next
year’s aid
? Know Final Date for removing “I” grade
? See your Academic Advisor for 2 nd semester Check-In
? Know Drop/Add Dates
? Meet with Department Advising Group
? Mid-March - Look for Summer & Fall Schedule
? Make a tentative Summer & Fall Course Schedules - Make sure you are aware of
all prerequisites and course sequencing
? See your Academic Advisor for Summer and/or Fall Advising
? Know when Summer & Fall Telephone Registrations begin & end
? Know when your Finals are scheduled
? Have at least 30 hours towards your major for Sophomore status
? Know when the Spring Semester ends
? Consider Summer Employment that will help with considered careers
? Do you need a course during the Summer Term to stay “on-track” with your
degree goals?
