ACTION PLAN
KEY STRATEGY A: Develop a Fiscal Analysis of Retention/ Cost Benefit Analysis worksheet for faculty,
administrators, staff, students and other stakeholders.
Description/Explanation: Assign the individual based on their experience, knowledge, availability and
willingness to participate for this project. To produce a document that will clearly identify the costs and
benefits of retention based on a scale of 1%, 5%, and 10% increases and decreases in enrollment. The process
must be kept simple and evaluate only tuition and fee revenue. The document must be developed in a manner
that all audiences involved in student engagement can understand it.
