Mistake-free<br />

<strong>pipetting</strong><br />

With Microman pipettes, the pis<strong>to</strong>n comes<br />

in<strong>to</strong> direct contact (positive-displacement)<br />

with the sample.<br />

There is no air cushion <strong>to</strong> expand or<br />

contract in response <strong>to</strong> the density or the<br />

temperature of samples.<br />

The desired volume is aspirated<br />

completely.<br />

The pis<strong>to</strong>n seal prevents biohazardous,<br />

radioactive or corrosive aerosols from<br />

entering the instrument.<br />

During dispensing, the pis<strong>to</strong>n wipes the<br />

internal capillary wall, assuring accurate<br />

dispensing of almost any viscous sample,<br />

from glycerol <strong>to</strong> glue.<br />

To prevent contamination, the capillary and<br />

pis<strong>to</strong>n may be changed after each sample.<br />

They are ejected au<strong>to</strong>matically so…<br />

… you do not have <strong>to</strong> <strong>to</strong>uch them.<br />
