Valiasr avenue, Tehran Introduction Decision making is the most serious affair management function and the selection of manner and decision making style is one of the most of important of skills manager’s at the decision making. (Dawer 1996). Whatever the decision making style of manager be suitable with decision position, there fore probability it be increase the effective decision adopting attention that decision style of nursing managers is one the important factors at the deter main of employees satisfaction. Whatever the partnership and cooperation at the adopting decisions will be increase the rate of employer’s satisfaction will be increase. Grifild (2002) told that Quality of management is dependence of decision making Quality and he is claimant that decision making is one the importance manager’s function. Because the results Quality that the mangers will be received are dependant decisions that the adopting manages.

The Assesment of Participation Decisionmaking of Head Nurses 355 The manners of decision making that used at the subjects on the participation decision making can be commendation at the four domains. 1) daily performance employers 2) work environment 3) work situation 4) politic and strategies Doglas (1996) said that participation decision making is dealing with forms and procedure of leadership also he said that the leaders can done the employers to the different grates at the participation decision making. The minimum of participation of decision making of them are containing ideas, employer’s beliefs before to take end decision making and the maximum of participation are, containing permitted to employers for decision making adopting with limitation appointment. Tosie 2001 declaration that participation of decision making is a technical method that with this matter the organization have possibility that the employers can fond helmet knowledge’s and attitude’s at the background efficiency and effectiveness and done it and they can done of strength to action Hober 2000. Colency 2003 believed the head nurses have the important role at the preservation employers satisfaction if they have knowledge about of executive principles of managerial based an employers participation and decision making styles could be terminating to increase their satisfaction. The effect of participation of decision making have the important role on the form of decision making and leading to promotion and Quality improvement at the decisions making, also support increasing of decision making participation and the results increasing is at the performance and decision making researches. The results of participation leading to ownership and more capitalism at the organization situation and increasing effectiveness and Quality Therefore the researcher wants to done a survey about participation decision making of head nurses also answer to this question that is the individual factors could be effect to this relation ship. The goal objective: determine the participation decision making of head nurses to according training programs and supply medical equipment and safety of occupational health and special hospital’s budget and related between their individual variables at the training hospital of Iran university of medical sciences. Special objectives 1. determine the rate of participation decision making of the head nurses in the training hospitals of Iran university of medical sciences 2. determine the rate of participate decision making of head nurses according training programs , supply medical equipments and safety and occupational health, allocation budget 3. the determine corrective participation of decision making the head nurses according individual variables them in the training hospital of Iran university of medical sciences. The conceptual frame The conceptual frame, of this survey based on concept of participation of decision making Definition practice word 1. participation of Decision making : at this survey the aim of participation of decision making of the nurses means, the participate of head nurses at the decision making about to training programs, safety occupational health, supply medical equipment and special hospital budget the scale of participation of decision making computation from answer to P.D.M questions that will be change from 12-60.
