RECOMMENDED FOR: Extra heavy duty, high pressure use on industrial, construction and pneumatic mining applications requiring wire
braided hose with an oil resistant tube and abrasion resistant cover.
MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE: 500 psi see table below. Safety Factor 4:1
TEMPERATURE RANGE: -30 O C to +100 O C (-34 O F to 212 O F) continuous service.
CONSTRUCTION: Tube: Type A (Neoprene). Black
Reinforcement: Braided, high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Type C2 (Modified Nitrile). Gray with yellow stripe. All sizes are perforated. For ¾” through 1-1/4” sizes only.
Type D3 (Natural Rubber). Gray with yellow stripe. All sizes are perforated. For ¾” through 4” sizes only.
COUPLINGS: Industrial Hose Couplings (Refer: Section 05 of this catalogue).
BRANDING: Continuous transfer label. Example: “GATES ® ’ 18MB PREMIUM AIR DRILL 500PSI (3.45MPa) WP MADE IN USA”
