In 1998, <strong>the</strong> United States Coral Reef<br />

Task Force (USCRTF) was established<br />

by Presidential Executive Order 13089<br />

to coordinate government ef<strong>for</strong>ts to<br />

protect, restore, and sustain coral reef<br />

ecosystems. The USCRTF membership<br />

includes 12 federal agencies, seven<br />

states and territories, and three Freely<br />

Associated States.<br />

Exhibit materials will include: USCRTF<br />

specific items as well as materials from<br />

individual members of <strong>the</strong> USCRTF.<br />
