11th ICRS T-SHIRTS<br />
The official 11th ICRS t-shirts are eco-friendly and made from<br />
100% organic cotton and contain no chemical bleaches or dyes.<br />
Organic cotton is grown without <strong>the</strong> use of chemical pesticides,<br />
reducing <strong>the</strong> amount of pollutants in <strong>the</strong> environment. The shirts<br />
are also made in <strong>the</strong> USA, reducing <strong>the</strong>ir carbon footprint.<br />

All scientific sessions will be held in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Fort Lauderdale/Broward<br />
County Convention Center. Refer<br />
to <strong>the</strong> Program-At-A-Glance located<br />
on <strong>the</strong> inside cover of this<br />
program <strong>for</strong> more detailed in<strong>for</strong>mation.<br />
SPEAKER<br />
READY ROOM<br />
The speaker ready room will be located<br />
in Room 222/223. It is required<br />
that all oral presenters<br />
check-in at <strong>the</strong> Speaker Ready<br />
Room 24 hours prior to your<br />
presentation time to assure your<br />
presentation is properly uploaded<br />
to <strong>the</strong> central server. The<br />
Speaker Ready Room is open daily<br />
Sunday (1:00-6:00PM), Monday<br />
(7:00AM – 7:00PM), Tuesday –<br />
Thursday (7:00AM – 5:00PM), and<br />
Friday (7:00AM – 3:00PM). Personal<br />
laptops are not permitted to<br />
be connected to AV equipment in<br />
<strong>the</strong> session rooms. AV technicians<br />
are available to assist you with your<br />
presentation.<br />
