After complete deflation, place assembly<br />
on blocks with loose flange side up. Follow<br />
steps in order shown.<br />
1. Drive goose-necked end of two tools<br />
between tire and flange. <strong>The</strong>y should<br />
be about 2-feet (70 cm) apart. (Photo<br />
1)<br />
2a. Pry both tools outward and sideways<br />
through an arc of about 70º. (Photo 2)<br />
2b. Leave one tool in position and move<br />
second about 5-inches (13 cm) beyond.<br />
Pry down and out as above.<br />
2c. Repeat the process until the entire<br />
bead is unseated.<br />

3. Stand on sidewall. Use foot to force<br />
flange down along rim base. Pry loose<br />
lock ring. (Photo 3)<br />
4. Hold side of flange down with hooked<br />
end of tool. Grab and remove O-ring<br />
from O-ring groove. (Photo 4)<br />
5. Remove side flange. (Photo 5)<br />
6. Turn tire over.<br />
7. Follow steps 1 and 2 to break tire loose<br />
from fixed flange side of rim.<br />
8. Lift rim base from tire. (Photo 6)<br />
