The below-mentioned clamping elements Eloclips® and Eloclamp® are made of high-strength material, which is characterised by dimensional stability also at high temperatures and its resistance to chemicals. As a result, these parts are particularly suitable for the use in aggressive media like aqueous solutions of sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide or nitric acid. These chemicals are the basic substances needed for anodising of aluminium. The clamping elements shown below are therefore suitable for fixing components to be dipped into electrolytic baths. Titan- and Ceramic-tip:<br />
To reduce the contact area the spindles can be equipped with either a tip made of<br />
titanium or ceramic. Thereby the area of contact between the clamping device and<br />
the part which needs to be fitted is reduced. This causes a smaller loss through<br />
waste at the anodising process.<br />
