concept pro – The Multifunctional Pot<br />

The new cooking pots and pans in the concept pro range are a Woll innovation in the<br />

multi-layer stainless steel segment.<br />

concept pro combines the unique characteristics of aluminium (outstanding thermal conductivity)<br />

and stainless steel (including corrosion resistance, light weight and hygiene). Woll has<br />

managed to combine the two metals using innovative technology into a five-ply material –<br />

two layers of stainless steel seamlessly enclose three of aluminium.<br />

concept pro offers many benefits including perfect, rapid thermal<br />

distribution that saves you time and energy, even heating all over,<br />

rounded lips and completely encased aluminium to avoid sharp edges<br />

and prevent corrosion.<br />

The new multi-function lid (three positions, see below) harmoniously<br />

combines function and design. It provides for universal uses in your<br />

kitchen.<br />

concept pro is suitable for any stove but optimised for induction. It can<br />

be used in the oven up to 220 °C and can of course be put in the<br />

dishwasher.<br />

Normal position<br />

Firmly in place for heating, simmering or<br />

steaming at vitamin-friendly low temperatures.<br />

Raised position<br />

The lid is placed on the side handles, and is<br />

thus raised by about 3 mm so the steam can<br />

escape. This position is perfect for preparing<br />

dishes which can easily be overcooked, such<br />

as pasta, potatoes or rice. It is also ideally<br />

suited for fast, easy and safe draining.<br />

Parked position<br />

The lid is tucked into the side handle, and the<br />

pot is uncovered. The new functional design<br />

ensures that the condensation runs into the<br />
