on (Continuous Improvement Monitoring
Process) CIMP Committee and Special Ed.
Advisory Council (SEAC).
ACTION: D. Woeste reported that Toni
Malone agreed to serve on CIMP.
K. Joyer and admin. team will canvas parents
to find representation in the areas of EBD,
SLP and minority student parents for SEAC.
7. Dates for future meetings & how many 7. Committee discussed dates and number of
future SEAC meetings.
ACTION: Committee voted to reduce
number of meetings from 4 to 3. R. Nelson
to note change in SEAC Guidelines.
Future meeting dates set – 1/12/10 & 3/9/10
8. CIMP Report 8. Special Ed. Supervisor, Duane Woeste,
distributed handout of the CIMP Self Review
Report (dated 6/30/09) that was submitted
from the Special Ed. Office to MDE. D.
Woeste explained the report to the committee
and entertained questions.
ACTION: Members will review CIMP
report in more detail on their own and
bring comments and suggestions to the
January 12 SEAC meeting.
