2024
El estudio revela que los ingresos de
la industria estadounidense del spa
aumentaron de un récord de 20.1 mil
millones USD en 2022 a un nuevo máximo
de 21.3 mil millones USD en 2023. El
ingreso promedio por visita también
aumentó a 117.2 USD y el empleo creció
un 2.6%, con el personal de tiempo
completo casi alcanzando niveles pre-
Covid.
El número de instalaciones spa aumentó
ligeramente, un 0.2%, hasta los 21,840
establecimientos. El total de visitas
alcanzó 82 millones de sesiones en 2023,
superando en un millón de visitas las del
año anterior.

The study reveals that US spa industry
revenues grew from a record $20.1 billion
USD in 2022 to a new high of $21.3
billion USD in 2023. Average revenue per
visit also increased to $117.2 USD and
employment rose by 2.6%, with full-time
staff numbers nearly reaching pre-Covid
levels.
The number of spa facilities increased
marginally by 0.2% to 21,840 locations.
Total visits reached 82 million sessions in
2023, marking a million more visits than
the previous year.

Grenada and anticipates Grand Bahama
and Xala by 2026. InterContinental plans
to debut Presidente Monterrey this year
and Grenada Resort in 2025. The group
recently introduced Kimpton Virgilio
and Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa in
Mexico; and Kimpton Las Mercedes in the
Dominican Republic. Vignette Collection,
the brand’s luxury offering, will open a
resort in Yucatán by 2025, marking a
significant growth in IHG's luxury and
lifestyle portfolio in the region, poised to
double in the near future.

SIRO Palmilla, que abrirá sus puertas en
2027, convertirá a México en el próximo
destino internacional de SIRO. Situado en
la serena y pintoresca región de Los Cabos,
en el extremo sur de la península de Baja

con 120 habitaciones y 14 villas.

recovery, with 120 rooms and 14 villas.
Part of Palmilla Reserve, a new masterplan
development, it will be situated near the
