in Sioux City and Sheldon has an -
nounced that Elizabeth Rosenbaum
has joined the firm as a partner.
She earned her undergraduate
degrees from the University of South
Dakota in Vermillion.
Rosenbaum graduated with an
associate degree in nursing in 1981
and worked as a registered nurse in
labor and delivery in
Sioux City.
She graduated
with a bachelor of
science in health
services administration
in 1985.
While working as
a nurse, Rosenbaum Rosenbaum
continued with
her education and
obtained her juris doctorate from the
University of South Dakota School of
Law in 1988.

2024 Dale Sabers Excellence in Safety
Award by Security Insurance Company
of North America Ltd for the eighth
consecutive year.
Each year, Security Insurance Company
of North America awards topperforming
companies that achieve
significant safety performance.
The Dale Sabers Excellence in Safety
Award is given to members who participated
in the captive and scored 90
percent or higher in safety excellence
through practice and performance.
Link was recognized as the topperforming
company within the
insurance captive, with an exemplary
score of 99.8 percent.

hard work, dedication and professionalism

operations,” said Link president

Safety practice and performance
criteria evaluated by Security Insurance
Company of North America
included: Occupational Safety and
Health Administration metrics and
workers’ compensation claim results
being below applicable industry
averages; participation in the captive
group events — i.e., training, webinars,
and workshops; and results of a
thorough Gap Analysis performed by
the captive safety consultants.
The Gap Analysis included a comprehensive
review of Link’s records
and programs such as trend analysis
tracking of incidents and near-misses;
completion of Job Hazard Analysis/
Job Safety Analysis; safety committee
establishment and participation;
accident/incident reporting, incident
investigations, and implementation
of corrective measures; new employee
safety orientation training/criteria;
and OSHA compliance training.
“This award is an affirmation of
Link’s commitment to safety and the
priority placed on our safety program,”
said Roger DeBoer, Link environmental
health and safety manager.

The environmental health and
safety department at Link is responsible
for implementing effective safety
solutions throughout operations
through safety audits, research, and
coordination. The department utilizes
monthly safety audits, reliable and
timely implementation of engineering
controls, and various training to
ensure employee safety.

controls and specialty air management
products engineered to address
the unique needs of commercial
vehicles, trailers, motor coaches, transit
buses, shuttle buses, recreational

Before joining the Heidman Law
Firm, Rosenbaum owned and operated
her own law practice in Sioux
City.
She specializes in the areas of
divorce/dissolution of marriage, custody,
adoption and the Indian Child
Welfare Act.
Rosenbaum also provides mediation,
parenting coordination, and
family law arbitration services.
She is a fellow of the American

changes
name
Ownership remains
same at company
ROCK VALLEY—Ironwood
53 in Rock Valley has a new
name as the company has
been rebranded to Post Manufacturing.
The change — which took
effect May 1 — is in name only,
as the location, ownership,
leadership, and employees will
all remain the same.
“We started Ironwood 53 in
2015 as a manufacturing company
to design and build parts
and equipment for the ag and
industrial sector. As time has
passed and the company has
grown, it makes sense to bring
the manufacturing side of the
business under the Post name
to provide continuity to our
customers,” said Mike Post,
owner and president.
Other Post companies
include Post Equipment
and Post Metal Recycling, all
located on the same parcel of
land on the southern outskirts
of Rock Valley.
Post Manufacturing will continue
to be managed by John
Langeraap, a longtime member
of the Post team who provides
extensive manufacturing
experience and expertise.
