Travelling Palm
Snapshots
Tamara Chatterjee
France (May, 2024) – After a long stretch of
the legs we arrived in the Abbey at the top
of the mont. We spent the day walking up,
around and down and back up the steep and
unforgiving fortified city. Finally marvelling at
the view of the surrounding low-tide bayside,
from the peaceful cloister. The beautiful
cloudy-blue sky reflecting in the tributaries
and wet sand from that vantage point. It was
rather breathtaking.
