Editor Note<br />

Wow … what a year! 2023 will certainly<br />

be one of our most memorable years ever,<br />

filled with surprises, challenges, and<br />

blessings!<br />

Riche <strong>Magazine</strong> published 12 consecutive<br />

issues in 2023, bringing our total<br />

publication count to 147. We continued<br />

to deliver high quality publications<br />

featuring some of the biggest names in<br />

modeling. We also met our goal of<br />

broadening our content, to include indepth<br />

interviews, auto show coverage,<br />

and a more extensive focus on fitness and<br />

health. We will continue to expand our<br />

content, in hopes of becoming the #1<br />

choice in the fashion, fitness, and<br />

entertainment industry.<br />

Our <strong>2024</strong> publication schedule kicked off<br />

in January with our annual “Kate Baker”<br />

issue, one of our favorite projects each<br />

year. In this year’s issue, we were blessed<br />

to have all-new photos by Mark Barnfield,<br />

plus experience the amazing makeup<br />

artistry of Dior’s Wendy Perry. What a<br />

great way to start the year!<br />

I say this every year, so it may sound<br />

repetitive, but I am very sincere when I<br />

say I am so grateful for the opportunity<br />

to do what I love every day. I am grateful<br />

for each and every model, photographer,<br />

and business professional I've had the<br />

pleasure to work it, as well as each and<br />

How long have you been modeling? I’ve been modeling going on 7<br />

months.<br />

Who or what inspired you to start modeling? My main goal is to build a<br />

resume and become an actress.<br />

How would you describe your modeling style? I am excited and<br />

energetic, like a new dog with new tricks.<br />

What is your most memorable moment as a model? The countless times<br />

I’ve almost fallen right on my face during certain poses certainly are<br />

memorable.<br />

What are your modeling goals, short-term and long-term? My shortterm<br />

goals are to keep building popularity and branch out. My longterm<br />

goals would be to keep going wherever it takes me, travel with it,<br />

learn from it, and gain all these new experiences.<br />

What is your sexiest feature? Definitely my eyes are a strength, but my<br />

butt is pretty nice too.

6 Tips:<br />

How to stay active at home<br />

In the past weeks, it has become<br />

clear that social distancing and<br />

quarantining are the new normal.<br />

This is an overwhelming time as<br />

we attempt to adjust our mindsets<br />

and schedules – between working<br />

from home, watching after the<br />

kids, keeping up with the news,<br />

and maintaining sanity, it can be a<br />

challenge to prioritize your<br />

physical and mental health.<br />

Here are some tips on how to stay<br />

active in these strange and<br />

unprecedented times.<br />

Make a plan. It’s always easier to<br />

commit to a healthy habit if you<br />

make it part of your routine. At the<br />

beginning of each week, take a<br />

look at your schedule and find<br />

those windows where you could<br />

realistically squeeze in a workout.<br />

Set a reminder on your phone or<br />

even add the workout to your<br />

calendar to keep yourself<br />

accountable.<br />

Try a meal delivery service. It may<br />

be difficult to cook healthy meals<br />

every day, especially if you can’t get<br />

what you need from the grocery<br />

store. Having healthy food<br />

delivered safely to your door can<br />

alleviate the stress and hassle of<br />

cooking, plus having healthy<br />

options in the house will keep you<br />

from overeating and reaching for<br />

junk food. South Beach Diet, for<br />

example, offers fully nutritionally<br />

balanced, prepared meals and<br />

snacks that make it easy to keep<br />

your diet on track.<br />

Take breaks from work. It can be<br />

tempting to sit around all day while<br />

you’re working from home, but<br />

workspace and move around every<br />

hour or so to get your blood<br />

flowing. This will help you to stay<br />

sharp and healthy during social<br />

hour and take a few steps around<br />

the house, stretch, or even do a<br />

few jumping jacks.<br />

Stream, stream, stream. As gyms<br />

and workout studios are<br />

necessarily closed for the<br />

moment, many fitness brands and<br />

instructors are using Instagram<br />

live to hold virtual classes. If you<br />

have a favorite local studio or a<br />

favorite instructor, check out their<br />

website or social media to see if<br />

they are hosting any online<br />

classes. Many fitness brands are<br />

also offering extended free trials<br />

to access their libraries of workout<br />

videos.<br />

Go for a walk or run. Of course, we<br />

are all limiting our trips outside to<br />

the grocery store, gas station, or<br />

anywhere else we might come in<br />

close contact with others. But if<br />

you are able to safely run or walk<br />

while keeping distance from your<br />

neighbors, those are great options<br />

for staying active, clearing your<br />

mind, and getting some fresh air.<br />

“It’s so important to find those<br />

moments of joy outdoors while<br />

we’re all social distancing,” says<br />

for you – whether it’s a stroll around<br />

the neighborhood with the kids or a<br />

long run to velar your head – you’ll<br />

feel so much better if you make the<br />

Keep your mind active. Just as our<br />

bodies need physical activity to<br />

stay healthy, our minds need<br />

stimulation (beyond reality TV<br />

binge sessions) to stay sharp as<br />

well. Group activities such as board<br />

games or puzzles are a great option<br />

for keeping your mind sharp while<br />

clocking some quality time with<br />

How long have you been modeling? I started<br />

modelling when I was 17.<br />

Who or what inspired you to start modeling?<br />

Cindy Crawford was my inspiration. Her<br />

beauty, natural curves, smile, and undeniable<br />

sex appeal were characteristics I love about<br />

her.<br />

How would you describe your modeling style?<br />

As Commercial Model, I can adapt to various<br />

mood and styles from fitness, bikinis, tailored<br />

look, lingerie, swimwear, or wedding wear. I<br />

can do it all. I love the diversity of the<br />

photoshoots I do as they give me the<br />

opportunity to showcase my ability to show<br />

different Kate’s [laughs].<br />

What is your most memorable moment as a<br />

model? The most memorable photoshoots are<br />

ones where everything is picture perfect. My<br />

international shoots in Greece are my<br />

favorite.<br />

What are your modeling goals, short-term<br />

and long-term? I would love to feature in<br />

Women Health or Vogue magazine.<br />

What is your sexiest feature? My eyes and my<br />

legs are my best assets; however, I also love<br />

my wide shoulders and strong back.<br />

Who or what inspired you to start modeling?<br />

My mother was the one who took me to the casting.<br />

Encouraging me by telling me how good I was from the<br />

first moment was what pushed me to do it without<br />

hesitation, even if I would not have ever expected.<br />

How would you describe your style as a model?<br />

I don't really have one style in particular … I'm very<br />

versatile, that's a plus in my favor.<br />

What is your most memorable moment as a model?<br />

It was having a real job with the stylist Kirenia Baro<br />

Sánchez, an example to follow.<br />

What are your modeling goals, short and long term?<br />

I would like to leave my legacy. I am currently a<br />

modeling teacher, and it inspires me a lot to continue<br />
