› BACKGROUND
This Action Plan has been created by Bro
Ffestiniog residents who came together
in a Community Assembly on the Climate
between June 2022 and March 2023.
The Assemblies were organised and
facilitated by climate action movement
GwyrddNi, in partnership with Cwmni
Bro, our local partner in Bro Ffestiniog.
The work was funded by the National
Lottery’s Community Fund.
An education programme was held
in local schools and four assembly
sessions were held with members in
the community to learn, share and
discuss together before answering the
question: How can we in Bro Ffestiniog
respond locally to Climate Change?
The answers can be read in this Action
Plan. There is now an open invitation for
anyone in the area who’s interested to join
us on the journey to realise these ideas.
