Would you consider yourself a hobbyist or a paid professional? I would consider myself a hobbyist, as photography
is not my primary source of income. However, I do take on paid photography projects when they align with my interests
and schedule.
What has been your most memorable session and why? I had the privilege of photographing my beloved dog,
'Doggi Lou', who sadly passed away on December 30, 2023. Each session with him has been incredibly meaningful
and memorable to me.
Nikon or Canon? Favorite lens? Oh, is there not something missing here? That must be my Fuji XF 56 mm F1.2 R WR.
What is one piece of advice you would like to offer a new photographer looking to start their own business? One
piece of advice for new photographers starting their own business would be to have a main vision and goal in mind,
but also be open to adapting and taking opportunities that may arise. It's important to stay true to yourself and your
style, but also remain open to new ideas and directions.
What do you think of our new magazine? I follow your magazine for several years, and I like it a lot. It is a great way
for all participants (Photographers, models, MUA’s,…) in the photography to showcase their work. A real benefit, for
all, is that no there are no charges, and also not somebody else earns money with the work of others (what most
other online-magazines do).
