Christmas Charities Year Round
Giving All Year Long
By Beth Haynes Executive Director CCYR
Step inside Christmas Charities Year Round and you will 昀椀 nd something
more magical than the Christmas season… Giving all year long. You will
see children receiving much needed clean clothing, adults receiving durable
medical equipment to aid with mobility and everyday tasks, teens
volunteering their time, and much more.
Since 1949, CCYR has been assisting those in need in Madison County by providing
basic needs. We are dedicated to ensuring those in need receive basic necessities, distribution
of clothing, school supplies, and durable medical equipment, clothing delivered
to our schools, and Christmas assistance to children and seniors to ful 昀椀 l our mission: To
improve the quality of life year-round for Madison County residents in need by providing
program services at no cost.
At CCYR our programs are based on the needs of the community and foster the community
to assist those in need without judgement, to build con 昀椀 dence and dignity, aid where it is
needed, and at no cost. We provide programs that provide pathways to help people lead,
live, and serve no matter where they are from or what challenges they face. We do this by
partnering with people and organizations who understand that building a better community
begins with providing basic needs to our youth and those that are underserved. We want to
offer the community a place where people can get the clothing, durable medical equipment,
support, and con 昀椀 dence they need to live a better life.
