The Four-Phase approach shows our timed approach to accomplishing the necessary repairs. The historic copper gutters, splash shields, valleys, and ridge caps have corroded to the point of endangering the structure with water damage. The wood soffit and eaves show water damage and rot. Restoration and replacement are needed to prevent further water and pest damage. Additionally, re-pointing the chimney will keep the roof watertight. The time has come to make the necessary repairs.
