and automatic on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong><br />
<strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong> <strong>line</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> in<br />
China. It has achieved an unparalleled<br />
feat by being the first to create this<br />
innovative technology in the country.<br />
Additionally, the company has<br />
obtained three utility model patents<br />
and software copyright which further<br />
solidify its position as a leader in the<br />

<strong>Lijiang</strong> Glass’s double-plate and<br />
automatic on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong><br />
<strong>line</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> is capable of<br />
producing <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong>-filled glass of<br />
3.3 metres by 7 metres. The double<br />
plates can operate independently<br />
at the same time, significantly<br />
increasing the processing efficiency of<br />
the glass factory.<br />
<strong>Lijiang</strong> Glass started to develop<br />
the automatic on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong><br />
<strong>line</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> in 2020. In 2021,<br />
it provided the first 3.3 metres by 7<br />
metres <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> automatic on<strong>line</strong><br />
<strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong> <strong>line</strong> in Guangdong,<br />
realising the production of ultralarge<br />
insulated glass and providing<br />
technical and equipment support<br />
for the development of YaoBo Glass<br />
Company.<br />
In 2022, <strong>Lijiang</strong> Glass’s <strong>doubleplate</strong><br />
and automatic on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong><br />
<strong>filling</strong> <strong>line</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> was rated<br />
as the first set in Shandong Province<br />

Glass successfully exported the<br />
double-plate and automatic <strong>jumbo</strong><br />
<strong>size</strong> on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong> <strong>line</strong> into<br />
the overseas market.<br />
<strong>Lijiang</strong>’s double-plate and<br />
automatic on<strong>line</strong> <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong><br />
<strong>line</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>jumbo</strong> <strong>size</strong> can clean glass<br />
up to 35mm thickness. This IG <strong>line</strong>’s<br />
cleaning and drying section can<br />
automatically adjust the opening<br />
distance according to the thickness<br />
of the glass, ensuring a good drying<br />
effect. All the conveying sections have<br />
dual stations, which allow for double<br />
plate-station work on glass <strong>with</strong> a<br />
length of less than 3.5 metres in the<br />
dual-station mode, thus increasing<br />
production efficiency by more than<br />
50 per cent.<br />
The aluminum frame section is<br />
equipped <strong>with</strong> an automatic lifting<br />
device that helps position the<br />
aluminum frame of large plate glass.<br />
Additionally, there is an automatic<br />
side thickness device before plate<br />
pressing, and the Siemens servo<br />
system that drives the plate pressing<br />
can automatically achieve precise<br />
pressing of the plate <strong>size</strong> based on<br />
the post-test results.<br />
<strong>Lijiang</strong>’s patented <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong><br />
beam device ensures efficient <strong>filling</strong><br />
and sealing, while offering a stronger<br />
ability to tolerate glass tempering<br />
errors and better adaptability. The<br />
<strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong> structure comes <strong>with</strong><br />
an automatic measurement feedback<br />
device that offers real-time on<strong>line</strong><br />
feedback on the <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> fill-up<br />
process. The setup data and actual<br />
data are displayed on the screen in<br />
real-time.<br />
It is easy to control <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>filling</strong><br />
rate, save <strong>argon</strong> <strong>gas</strong>, and improve<br />
working efficiency, making it more<br />
energy-saving and eco-friendly <strong>with</strong><br />
high efficiency.<br />
The double-plate IG <strong>line</strong> can<br />
function independently or in tandem.<br />
The machine is capable of processing<br />
regular-<strong>size</strong>d glass for doors and<br />
windows in dual-station mode or can<br />
