The Diffusion of Innovation theory<br />
Is the change big or small? Are the implications<br />
of the change far-reaching or minimal? Is the<br />
change in response to or in anticipation of an<br />
event? Fully understanding the change creates<br />
parameters within which it can be managed.<br />
Divides groups of people into innovators, early<br />
adopters, the early and late majority, and<br />
laggards. How do you use innovators and early<br />
adopters to shift the curve and drive change?<br />
