General Rules
To foster an environment conducive to deep inner
work, participants must deposit their mobile
phones on the first day and collect them after the
concluding session.
Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any
intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited
throughout the retreat.
Participants should practice general fitness and
avoid unhealthy habits at least 15 days prior,
presenting themselves in a physically prepared
state.
Rules apply equally to all, with no exceptions.
Timely attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
Stay focused and don’t get distracted with any
other engagements.
Participants must pack yoga/exercise attire,
comfortable walking shoes, an audio device for
storing and listening music and talks.
Every registered participant will receive a briefing
note from Asit, the retreat-leader, which must be
carefully noted and acknowleged
