Here is a list of parenting hacks to help
when road-tripping with the little ones
Lets be honest. Traveling with kids is not a vacation for
parents. The same needs will still need to be met but
in a different location and sans the comforts of home.
The best way to make it through unscathed is purely
through being well organized. Here are a few hacks
that may help.
Plan outfits in advance: Save time and headspace by
picking out your child’s outfits before the trip. Keep the
outfits together by putting them in separate Ziplock
bags. After use, it can go back into the same Ziplock
bag and kept separate from fresh clothing.
Phone number bracelets: This is more for safety
especially if headed to a highly populated destination
over the holidays. Use numbered and decorative beads
to create a fun yet practical bracelet with your name
and phone number for your child to wear. Should you
get separated, someone will be able to contact you.
