T: Then why are we here?
S: I'll tell you why I'm here, because we got a letter in the post box last
Thursday saying there was a free session offered here and me ma
jumped on the opportunity. She thinks I'm fucking crazy.
T: Well, ARE you crazy?
S: ARE you seriously asking that?
T: look were getting off topic
S: Agreed
T: look I just.. feel like you aren't trusting me
S: Wow, great instincts. That's because I don't, I don't trust a lot of
people.
T: How about this,

T: We'll do a trust exercise
S: Ha! What? You want me to fall back and you catch me
T: No, I was thinking something more relaxed. I'll tell you about my week
last week and you tell me about yours

T: Ok I'll start, Last Monday I spent most of the day at home, except for a
few hours where I went to have coffee with my brother but he got caught
up down in the station where he had some big case or something going
on.
Then on Tuesday, I went for a walk in the park. That was probably the
highlight of my day. Then on Wednesday, well I, did the shopping. And
Thursday I had to mind my brothers kids as as he was off on some guard
thing again .... Yeah ... *sigh* and Friday, well, I bought some clothes. So,
