To build on the knowledge of principles acquired at<br />
an undergraduate level, further developing<br />
confidence in the foundational skills of exotics and<br />
zoological practice. Whilst candidates are expected<br />
to understand the identification and management of<br />
specific important conditions across different taxa,<br />
the focus of this course is to deliver material that<br />
helps candidates gain a broad understanding of the<br />
skills and considerations necessary to maintain<br />
health and manage disease in non-traditional<br />
companion species and captive wild animals.<br />
