Is there a difference between taking probiotics to increase the number<br />

<strong>of</strong> good bacteria in the gut in order to achieve better health and using<br />

nanosensors to aid in our health? In both cases, we intentionally add<br />

something to our systems that we know will make us healthier, but is<br />

there a difference if that thing is natural or manmade? Is this situation<br />

any different from taking vitamin C from oranges or synthesized vitamin<br />

C that was made in a lab?<br />

If we can develop technology to implant memories and technologies to<br />

send sensory stimulation to someone other than the person who sensed<br />

it, could we live someone else’s life? Could we feel and think everything<br />

another person thinks and feels? If the brains were connected, would the<br />

result be two people living the same life or one person with two bodies?<br />
