You and your child are invited to come into school, prior to the other pupils returning.<br />
This session will be informal and is designed to help the children become accustomed to<br />
the start of school. Please enter school via <strong>New</strong>castle Road South, go to the blue<br />
gate by the hall and walk up the Reception outdoor area. There a member of the<br />
team will greet your child and show them into the classroom. We will ask you to<br />
wait on the playground and we will then bring the children out to meet you. This will<br />
replicate the end of each school day. Our Reception children are always dismissed<br />
through their external classroom door once we can see their parent or named carer.<br />
Whilst in the classroom, staff will take the children in to find their own labelled pegs<br />
and explore the new layout of the classroom before enjoying a short story.
