Executive Development Series

The Executive Development Series (EDS) connects the influence
and expertise of area CEOs with the desire of emerging
executives of color to discuss industry trends, leadership
qualities, business philosophies and management practices.
Attendees look to each speaker for his/her personal view of
corporate and individual success so that they might apply
similar strategies to their business and personal lives.
Our clients are up close and personal, hearing about the
challenges these executives have experienced in leading a
business, with the freedom to ask questions and share their own
stories.
In addition to lunch with a leader, there is often an opportunity to
meet supplier diversity or procurement personnel as well.
Another benefit is for the corporate executives to experience – first
hand – the entrepreneurial spirit of these courageous business
owners.

the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, Ryan
Companies US, BOR-SON Construction and Hunt Electric, this
special invitation event offered attendees an opportunity to
relax and establish and strengthen relationships.
