Binder praises Acosta’s performance:
After witnessing Pedro Acosta’s remarkable podium
finish, Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing)
praised the young rider’s talent and skill:
“When Acosta passed me, he was flying. He’s
incredibly talented and handles the bike with
finesse. He’s truly impressive, and he deserves
every bit of success.”
Mir reflects on first lap incident:
Joan Mir (Repsol Honda Team) shared his
frustration regarding the first lap incident involving
him and Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing):
“Morbidelli’s actions on the first lap were
unnecessary. I was pushed off track and suffered
significant damage to my bike. It’s disappointing,
especially at that stage of the race.”
Martin’s emotional victory:
Jorge Martin expressed his gratitude after securing
victory at Portimao, particularly considering his past
struggles at the track:
“This win is especially meaningful for me because
of my history at this track. In 2021, I had a serious
accident here, but today, I’m standing in first place.
It’s a testament to my growth and maturity as a rider.”
