what does it actually mean?
SafeSense ® signals to care staff that the resident has left
or is about to leave the bed. This means that falls can be
detected earlier than by routine checks.
In principle, a bed exit assistance system works like a kind
of traffic light. This is a clear and very simple way to explain
how it works:

Bedside cabinets & servers
It is important for residents to have a place that belongs just to them – to store
personal articles and important things and to have them ready to hand. A task that
bedside cabinets from wissner-bosserhoff fulfill as a reliable partner in everyday care.
They also support residents and care staff with the numerous activities that need to be
carried out, such as eating or reading. Easy access from the bed enables effective falls
prevention. Our bedside cabinets harmoniously complement the care beds to form a
single unit and meet the highest standards of visual and functional design.
The standard soft-close mechanism *
reduces the risk of jamming and noise
when closing the drawers.
The fifth castor on the mechanism and
the compact design ensure exceptional
stability, tilt resistance and a load capacity
of up to 20 kg for the bed table top.
The tray can be securely locked when
extended to prevent accidental closing
of the drawer.
Our servers are practical companions in
everyday care. Depending on individual
requirements, they can be pushed up to
the bedside cabinet, the bed or to armchairs,
transport chairs and wheelchairs.
The side-mounted bedside tabletop
can be easily pulled out with one hand
without the caregiver having to put the
dining tray down.
Some models have a refrigerator (k)
