IF YOU THINK SAFETY IS EXPENSIVE,
TRY AN ACCIDENT!
An Anti-Slip GRP Solution
for Garage Inspection Pits
To achieve total safety around vehicle inspection pits,
anti-slip GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) grating can be
installed with side ramps or in the majority of cases the
grating covers simply slot into a rebated ledge/bearer.
strong enough to take heavy weight. We recommend
our Open Mesh GRP Grating thickness at 38mm or
50mm.
We can cover Bus & Coach Pits, Truck, Trailer & HGV Pits,
Wide Bodied Vehicle Pits, Railway & Locomotive Pits,
DVSA ATF Testing Pits.
Kingfisher Insurance
opens flagship national
broking headquarters
in West Midlands
Kingfisher Insurance are delighted to announce the
opening of a new headquarters in Rubery, Birmingham.
The investment in a new, dynamic workplace reinforces
Kingfisher’s position as a leading UK provider of specialist
insurance to niche markets, including the Kingfisher Motor
Trade team who look after insurance for vehicle recovery
operators, providing a central base to serve and visit clients
across the country.
The West Midlands HQ will also be home to Kingfisher’s
Commercial and Non-Standard Home Insurance teams, alongside
their classic and specialist vehicle insurance brand, Peter James
Insurance. The new office brings together staff who previously
worked in different premises, allowing them to share ideas and
collaborate in providing a high-quality service to their clients.
James Stuart, Managing Director for Kingfisher Insurance
commented: “The new HQ places Kingfisher in the heartlands of
UK motoring heritage, with the West Midlands home to historical
marques including MG, Triumph, Rover, and many more!
It’s an exciting time for Kingfisher Insurance and the new office
space allows our teams to come together, providing opportunity
for collaboration and innovation.”
Jacquie Boast, CEO of NSM UK (parent company of Kingfisher
Insurance) added: “The new headquarters demonstrates our
commitment to invest in our operations, advancing our strategy
to be the UK’s leading specialist insurance broker. Our new
home in Birmingham, one of the UK’s main insurance hubs, is an
ideal base for our highly skilled and experienced teams to work
