a relaxed way. We suggest that<br />
you wear a bathrobe and bath<br />
slippers; for the Thai Massage,<br />
however, we recomm<strong>en</strong>d comfortable,<br />
casual sportswear. We<br />
advise that m<strong>en</strong> shave at least<br />
2 - 3 hours prior to a facial treatm<strong>en</strong>t.<br />

zone. In place of your swimsuit,<br />
please feel free to wrap yourself<br />
in a towel. At the <strong>en</strong>trance to the<br />
steam bath you will find disposable<br />
sitting mats that we kindly<br />
ask you to use. At the Gard<strong>en</strong><br />
<strong>Spa</strong> we offer a dress-on sauna<br />
and steam bath where you <strong>en</strong>ter<br />
with swimwear. It is ess<strong>en</strong>tial<br />
that you shower before and after<br />
the sauna session.<br />

Guests of all ages, meanwhile,<br />
