Robalos Swimming is for
boys and girls ages 5 to 18. Swimmers
practice Monday through Thursday.
Additional fun family/swimmer
activities will be scheduled. Meets are
held Saturday morning beginning in
June.

MERMAIDS
SYNCHRONIZED
SWIMMING
Synchronized swimming combines
the grace of dancers, the coordination
and flexibility of gymnasts, the spirit
of cheerleading, and the strength of
water polo players into one beautiful
and powerful sport. Practices are
held in the evenings Mon-Thur and
some weekends. New swimmers are
encouraged to join.

skills test for placement.

ROBALOS
STROKE & TURN
Swimmers will refine the four
competitive strokes: freestyle,
backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
This program is for swimmers who are
capable of swimming these strokes,
who want to begin their conditioning,
refine their strokes and become more
efficient.

SYNCHRONIZED
SWIM CLINICS
These clinics are designed to introduce
or reinforce skills necessary to become
a successful synchronized swimmer.
Attendees need to have no previous
experience but must be able to swim
the length of the pool without support.

MASTERS
SWIMMING
Masters swimming is for adults to
receive instruction on their strokes, get
a coached workout and start the day
swimming. This is a great workout for
individuals participating in Triathlon
events.

We offer a multitude of classes, early
morning, and energizing evenings. All
levels of fitness are welcome. Passes
are good for any class at either pool.
