TRUCK RACE EVENT

INTRODUCTION 

Dear colleagues, 

It's almost lights out for the 2024 truck racing season! 

We are working flat out to put together an unforgettable racing experience for you and your customers. 

We have recently negotiated and developed a package that you can be excited about. 

To create even more impressive and better events for your customers, the GBM team has come to this conclusion: 

The best host and organiser is YOU! 

Who better to do this than a local colleague from the very country where the truck race takes place? 

You know the customs and language of your country best! 

This year the GBM team will support the organization and communication with Team Schwabentruck, which includes: 

Admission tickets, VIP catering in the febi tent, Meet & Greet with the drivers and grid walk (if available). 

All other parts of the organization such as accommodation, transport, restaurants and lounges should be taken care of by you. 

We believe that this division of tasks will provide the best race experience for your clients.

TIPS 

› It's important to ask for the renovated rooms since there's no change in 

price, but they are more visually appealing

› On Saturday evening there is a legendary, big 

Trucker festival with live music, firework etc. on
