In the recently unveiled 2024 Michelin Guide, a total of 111 Turkish
restaurants secured recommendations, showcasing the rich culinary
tapestry on offer in glorious Türkiye. Among these, Bodrum and İzmir
emerged as prominent culinary hubs with 19 and 15 recommended
establishments, respectively. The acclaim further intensified as 2
restaurants in Bodrum and 3 in İzmir were honoured with the
prestigious One Michelin Star. Istanbul saw the addition of 2 new
distinguished establishments, while the commitment to sustainability
was recognized with 4 new Michelin Green Star accolades. Notably, a
groundbreaking addition to the awards came in the form of the
Michelin Sommelier Award. Let us take a closer look at the Michelin

Kısa bir süre önce açıklanan 2024 Michelin Rehberi'nde toplam 111 Türk
restoranı tavsiye edilerek görkemli Türkiye'de sunulan zengin mutfak dokusu
gözler önüne serildi. Bunlar arasında Bodrum ve İzmir, sırasıyla 19 ve 15
tavsiye edilen işletme ile öne çıkan mutfak merkezleri olarak öne çıktı.
Bodrum'da 2 ve İzmir'de 3 restoranın prestijli Bir Michelin Yıldızı ile
onurlandırılmasıyla beğeni daha da arttı. İstanbul'a 2 yeni seçkin işletme
eklenirken, sürdürülebilirlik konusundaki kararlılık 4 yeni Michelin Yeşil
Yıldız ödülüyle takdir edildi. Ödüllere çığır açan bir ekleme de Michelin
