LETTER OF GREETINGS
MARY
DISTINGUISHED
HONOREE
Mary was raised as an only child in Columbus, Ohio, having
aspirations of being an owner of her own business.
Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into
the Real Estate industry, but you can’t always predict
where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
Mary was taught at a young age that if you want something
in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did,
and she worked hard.
Mary got into the real estate industry at a very young age when her neighbor
asked her to go to real estate classes at Francis Realty. She set out to show
people that they could easily become homeowners instead of renters and build
generational wealth for themselves as well as their families.
As her career advanced, Mary found her pride working with first time homebuyers and
aiding others to become avid investors in the industry. Mary continued her education in
commercial real estate sales. She also became a commercial real estate appraiser.
Throughout her career, Mary has earned numerous accolades and achieved many
accomplishments including:
Selected as Broker of the Year with Columbus Association of Real Estate Brokers
Aiding many families with saving their homes from foreclosure
Was one of three appraisers used when Huntington Bank accepted Paul Taylor’s
proposal to provide housing mortgages for low income and minority families in the 90s
Was listed in “Who’s Who in Black Columbus”
Aimed to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes deep pride in
helping them to achieve their real estate goals
In her fee time she enjoys swimming, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, dancing and
traveling
GUEST
PERFORMER
JOSLYNN
Bridges
Joslynn Bridges is a 23 year old artist who has been
dancing since the age of 5 and training in this area
of artistry for 18 years of her young life. Joslynn
knew that dance was her calling when she would sit up excitedly
to watch her mother dance at church every Sunday. She would be
eager to get up there and glorify God with her.
In this course of her life she has danced her way across the United States
at churches, dance competitions, events, nursing homes, funerals,
weddings, for the homeless, and more. Presently, she is a student at
Columbus State Community College where she will graduate with an
associate’s degree in business management in the year of 2025.
Her goal is to own her own dance studio and name it “Glorifying God Through
Dance” where she will teach and display God’s Word through rhythm and
movement. Until then, she will continue to dance all over the community and bring
God’s people closer to Christ through dance.
Bridges’ favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13- I can do all things through Christ
who strengthens. She declares, “No matter how things may look around me I
know I can do all things through Christ and He’ll never fail me. In all I do,
I will continue to Glorify God Through dance and show others who the true and
living God is.”
