Dear Customers,<br />
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we will be closing our website and the betting<br />
offer as of 03/31/2024.<br />
Our new focus is on the US market as part of the 1st.<strong>com</strong> Group.<br />
Your account will be closed on March 31 st , 2024 (03/31/2024). It will no longer be<br />
possible to log in after this time.<br />
On March 12 we will remove all racetracks and videostreams and wagering will not<br />
be possible. You will still be able to log on to the account.<br />
It is possible to make deposits, withdrawals, and bet, etc., as usual until 03/12/2024; from<br />
this date no more bets can be placed and no more deposits can be made. You will still be<br />
able to log in.<br />
For contractual reasons, deposits with "Klarna" are only possible until 02/05/2024.<br />
We request that you make the last payment by this date (= 03/12/2024).<br />
Please note that, due to legal regulations, we have to request a new copy of ID from all<br />
those who have not added ID or for whom their ID has expired before the payment can be<br />
made. Our customer service will contact you about this. We ask for your understanding<br />
and for your help in ensuring speedy processing.<br />
Please note that withdrawals to a credit card are only possible up to the amount of the last<br />
deposit. (Provided that your bank allows withdrawals to a credit card or gambling<br />
transactions). Payment is then made by bank transfer.<br />
Neteller payments will be made as usual.<br />

For a withdrawal to your bank account, we need the following information from you:<br />

Withdrawals can be made in different currencies (EUR, USD, GBP).<br />
Please send an email with the bank information to our customer service so we can take<br />
care of your bank transfer. A bank transfer normally takes 2–3 working days.<br />
We also kindly request that you do not send us too many (identical) emails. We try to read<br />
and answer all emails, and process everything, as quickly as possible. This can<br />
sometimes take 24–72 hours (on business days).<br />
