TÜDÖKSAD The <strong>Turkish</strong> Foundry Association is shaping the future of the industry with the TÜDÖKSAD Academy,<br />
a dedicated hub for comprehensive vocational training programs. Since 2015, it is organizing monthly training<br />
activities and annual foundry congresses (International & National) which aims to improve the knowledge of<br />
foundrymen and attract young people.<br />
From mastering the basics of foundry processes to exploring the frontiers of automation and digitalization, the<br />
Academy offers a diverse curriculum that caters to every stage of a foundry professional's journey. The Academy's<br />
impact extends beyond technical expertise. It instills a culture of safety, a dedication to sustainability, and a passion<br />
for continuous learning, ensuring that the <strong>Turkish</strong> metal casting industry remains both competitive and future-proof.<br />
Additionally, the online education platform Dökümhane Academy (https://dokumhane.net/), which TÜDÖKSAD has<br />
been directing the content production and promotional activities since the beginning of 2019, offers free educational<br />
materials and short interviews with young metal casters that presents the foundry industry to the students interested<br />
in casting.<br />
TÜDÖKSAD also offers training programs and internship opportunities for professional development. As the new<br />
generation is looking for opportunities to learn and develop new skills, TÜDÖKSAD concentrates all its efforts on<br />
this field and changing the perception of our industry.
