and hybrid vehicles, the goal of producing

producing them as a monolith, instead
of producing them piece by piece and
joining them together with rivets, welding
or other methods, offers a radical

savings to the world's manufacturing

for the field of aluminum metal casting,
high-capacity die casting cell investments
are increasing day by day.
In 2022, steel casting production amounted
to 290 thousand tons, showing
an upward trend of 4%. The main drivers
were gridin demand from the
general machinery sectors on a balanced
domestic and international basis,
and growth trends in the mining and
energy sectors. Exports increased by
nearly 36% to 225 thousand tons and
the export ratio rose nearly 30% to
80%.

by adopting the latest innovations and
technological breakthroughs while adhering
to environmental regulations
and Sustainable Production Strategic
Road Maps. This approach not only
enables them to develop customized
solutions for their customers but also
ensures that they are contributing to
sustainable production practices.
In addition, since many production elements
such as 3D sand and metal additive
manufacturing processes, core
production, solidification processes,
workflows, instant monitoring of costs
are interconnected with digitalization
and Industry 4.0 systems, it is of great
importance that the goal of transforming
into a "Smart Foundry" is at the
top of the strategic plans of all foundries.
