Decorated in a way maximizing
light and space, palette of offwhites
expanded the space by
appearing to push back the walls.
In addition to enlarging the area,
a neutral palette imparted an
instant sophistication and creates
a calming environment.
While the strong colored pillowcases
and dark frames was chosen
to set contrast on the bright
neutral colors of the space.

The floor of the room is covered
with overlapping engineered
wooden flooring matching the
low and side tables, made of
wood topped with metal vases
and glass lamps.
The software I used in this project
is Autodesk 3dsmax for 3d
modeling, Vray 3.5 for rendering
images and Adobe Lightroom for
color correction and other photo
adjustments.

The project is a Mid-rise hotel
of 15 floors with a lot area of
2,838 sq. meters,
The building is comprised of 12
typical floors which contains
the residential units, an openplanned
Ground floor, Amenity
level, and Sky deck.
The residential units are open
to a glass exterior which extends
through every room's
length, allowing the occupants
to benefit from plentiful natural
light.
My primary role in this project
was to produce the necessary
visuals for presentation to the
client which includes 3d modeling,
2d plans, and Architectural
rendering & visualization.

unit to a function hall.
The aim was to provide a
space to cater events such

Behind the old painted
facade, the building has 2
levels of open-plan office
spaces and an open deck for
recreation.
Right now, it is covered with
3 different textures, Paneled
wood, Silver aluminium
cladding and weathered
brick.
The facade combines different
textures to create a
temporal effect. Weathered
brick with a sleek silver aluminium
cladding and darker
accents make for a trendy
industrial office space, but
wood panels add a modern
touch of cool.

The intention was to create
a simple classcal design for
the residence, while allowing
important events and colourful
memories to punctuate
the space with new life
and sensations each time.
I adopted a combination
of simple forms along with
ornamentation enrichments
to create a more elegant yet
lighter feel to the house.
In addition, I also opted for
a bright neutral coloured
walls to portrait a physical
and psychological cooling
effect as it is effective for
hot coastal regions.

With only 28 sq. meters,
this condominium unit may
be small but it has a big style
impact. The interior design
of this modern unit captures
a great contemporary loft
quality. Open plan, neutral
color scheme with bold, dark
color accents, and textures.
The oversized lamp beside
the couch create great focal
point, while the pendant
lamp in the kitchen helps to
define the area of this open
plan well.
In the kitchen, most of the
appliances are built in for a
streamlined look.
Overall, the apartment has
an industrial flair and remains
modern and cozy.
