Data Source Administrator unless you’re making your own shared databases.

The 64-bit versions of Windows offer both a 64-bit and a 32-bit version of

the ODBC tool. The 64-bit tool is used on 64-bit databases and the 32-bit tool

is used on 32-bit databases.
