at her recent exhibition
at Art Gallery on Palm Beach.
It’s part of her body of
work ‘Salt’, which Sally said
celebrates connections to the
sea and our community which
is shaped by it.
“Through the oceans, salt
connects us all and is an essential
for life,” she said. “The
oceans, like our land environments,
are being drastically
affected by climate change.
This exhibition encourages
reflection on our collective responsibility
in maintaining the
delicate balance of nature, so Vanessa said.

A selection of Sally’s images
are still on show at Art Gallery
on Palm Beach, which is open
every day in January. With
16 artists represented there
is a wonderful selection of
paintings, ceramics, botanical
sculpture and photography.

Ashcroft said Art Gallery of
Palm Beach was excited to be
showcasing local prize-winning
artists to the holiday makers of
Palm Beach this summer and
would be open every day from
10am – 3pm in January.
“Not only will the Palm
Beach Gallery be open, but
the sister gallery and flagship
gallery in Balmain, Art Gallery
on Darling, will also be open
for two weeks from January
15 – 28 with the artists of
AGOPB exhibiting their work,”
