buiten op een zaaibed. Eén keer verspenen en<br />
vervolgens uitplanten. Als thee of tijmsiroop helpt het<br />
ontstekingen te voorkomen. Zowel vers als gedroogd<br />
geschikt bij vleesgerechten, in sauzen en salades.<br />

Mars-avril en terrine ou avril-juin en pleine terre<br />
en pépinière. Après repiquage en ligne, planter à<br />
l’endroit choisi. Plante médicinale appréciée en<br />
infusion et sirop. Dans la cuisine pour préparer les<br />
rôtis, salads et un elément indispensable du bouquet<br />

Begin juni in de vo legrond zaaien in regels. In<br />
de herfst de wortels opgraven en donker en koel<br />
bewaren. Plant elke 2/3 weken een aantal wortels<br />
in een emmer met grond en zet die in een donkere<br />
ruimte van 15°C, zodat de witlof groeit.<br />

À partir de juin en pleine terre en rayons. Arracher<br />
les racines en automne et les conserver au frais, à<br />
l’obscurité. Placez chaque 2/3 semaines, les racines<br />
dans un seau rempli de terre, mis en lieu obscur, à<br />
