As one of the Ötztal‘s most rustic alpine pastures with
the additional feature of afternoon sun, the ‘Stallwies’,
as the Ötztal locals call their alpine pasture, is a
year-round destination. The Stallwiesalm is located
on Sölden‘s quiet side, so you can fully enjoy the tour
far away from the hustle and bustle. With Maria, our
hiking guide, you start from Sölden along a forest path,
going past coniferous forests until you reach the alpine
pasture. After a short stop for refreshments, it’s time to
return on foot or by toboggan.

In the Wenns Nativity Scene Museum you’ll not only
find beautiful nativity scenes to marvel at, but you’ll
also find yourself in the oldest farmhouse in Tyrol, the
700 year-old ‘Stamserhaus’. The hotel bus takes you to
Wenns, approx. 45 minutes by car. Once there, you can
explore all the floors of the house on your own, and the
museum staff will be happy to answer any questions
you may have. Food and drink are also available in the
museum.

Elements 007 – ‘On the trail of James Bond’

Visit the cinematic installation with us where everything
revolves around the world of James Bond.
The exhibition is located in an architecturally impressive
building at over 3,000 metres above sea level inside the
summit of the Gaislachkogel.

Susi, our hiking guide, accompanies you on a walk
through the forest. The hotel bus will take you to
Längenfeld Au. From here your hike starts through the
forest in the direction of Umhausen. Enjoy the wonderful
nature of the Ötztal Alps on this hike.

schnapps distillery in Sautens, present their
schnapps and brandies made from local ingredients.
The range includes everything from classic plums to

TIP OF THE DAY
Every Wednesday, Bergbahnen Sölden invites you to
go night skiing. The toboggan run from the middle
station of the Gaislachkogel is now also open. All further
