GOOD TO KNOW:<br />
A guided tour of the hotel for all newly arrived guests takes place daily at 1 pm.<br />
This allows you to quickly familiarise yourself with the facilities and find your way around. The<br />
meeting point is the hotel lobby.<br />
We meet in the hotel lobby for all programme items that take place outside the hotel.<br />
Dinner is served daily from 6 pm to 9 pm (except 24th Dec. and 31st Dec.). A small afternoon<br />
snack – sweet or savoury – is available from 3 pm to 4.30 pm in the hotel lobby. Enjoy an<br />
aperitif and live music after dinner at the hotel bar.<br />
On Christmas days and for our New Year‘s Eve ball, we ask you to wear appropriate clothing<br />
for the occasion.<br />
Hikes and outdoor activities may be changed at short notice due to weather conditions. We<br />
will inform you of this as early as possible. Unless explicitly stated, hikes and outdoor activities<br />
are for ages 15 and over.<br />
Sturdy mountain boots or hiking boots are mandatory for hikes, and a helmet is also<br />
mandatory for ski tours and tobogganing excursions. You can hire hiking boots, backpacks,<br />
poles and snowshoes free of charge at the hotel reception. Helmets are available for a fee<br />
from the SunUp shop in the basement.<br />
Any changes to the programme can be found each day in our hotel newspaper and at the<br />
hotel reception.<br />

SKI PASS<br />
You can obtain it for free from the hotel reception desk<br />
a fee for the Sölden and Obergurgl ski resort.<br />
SKI R<strong>EN</strong>TAL and SKI SCHOOL<br />
For the perfect skiing holiday, you will of course also<br />
need professional equipment. At our ski rental, you can<br />
obtain currently top-brand rental items – from skiers to<br />
poles and shoes up to and including helmets, snowboards<br />
and sleds. You can also rent cross-country ski<br />
equipment. You can also book ski courses directly in the<br />
shop.<br />
SKI BUS<br />
The ski bus departs daily, directly at the hotel for Sölden,<br />
every ten minutes from 08.15 am to 11.13 am. The bus stop is located<br />
at the entrance to the thermal bath garage. The buses<br />
return directly to the hotel from 02.00 pm!<br />
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING<br />
The starting point for the cross-country ski trail and also the<br />
night trail is located directly behind the hotel by the Ötztal<br />
Ache River. A cross-country skiing map is available at the<br />
hotel reception desk or guest relation desk.

Follow the entire process of local sheep wool processing<br />
at the Sheep Wool Centre. From sheep shearing to<br />
making regional products such as woven carpets,<br />
slippers or decorative blankets, you’ll learn all about the<br />

get to touch the different types of wool from the sheep<br />

which sits at an altitude of 1,400 metres. Once at the top,<br />
you’ll be rewarded with stunning views over the valley<br />
floor. You can warm up for the descent in the snack<br />

Längenfeld suspension bridge<br />

Brand and Burgstein. Two sunny balconies cling like nests<br />
about 200 metres above the valley floor. Maria, our hiking<br />
guide, accompanies you from the hotel to the suspension<br />
bridge. Walk along the old ‘Burgstein’ road until the bridge<br />
comes into view. „Close your eyes and go!“ is the motto<br />
on the panoramic suspension bridge, because the view<br />
is unbeatable. 83 metres long, it spans the ‘Maurer Rinne’<br />
and is a true landmark of Längenfeld. The route then<br />
continues to the Brand Alm, where you can stop for a bite<br />
to eat and warm up for the descent.<br />

you to Habichen, before hiking over the Wellerbrücke<br />
bridge to the lake. After a short break, it’s time to head<br />

At the Devil‘s Pulpit, an iron devil with a trident sticks out<br />
his fiery red tongue at visitors. Farmer Bartl is said to<br />
have once made a deal with the devil up here. The devil<br />
offered him wealth and prosperity in return for his soul.<br />
Start from the hotel with Susi, go past the plague chapel<br />
until you reach the viewing platform. After enjoying the<br />
stunning view, you can make your way back together.<br />

Tyrol‘s highest waterfall – the ‘Stuibenfall’<br />

The Stuiben Falls, with a drop height of 160 metres,<br />
is Tyrol‘s highest waterfall. Susi, our hiking guide, will<br />
accompany you to this natural spectacle today.<br />
After driving to Umhausen, you’ll have a leisurely hike<br />
past the village of Ötzi until you reach the base of the<br />
waterfall. Your calves will then be put to the test, as you<br />
walk up approx. 800 steps right next to the waterfall up<br />
to impressive heights. You can fortify yourself for the<br />
descent at the ‘Stuibenfall’ inn.<br />

motorbike museum. The Motorcycle Experience World<br />

to Hochgurgl and you can enjoy the museum‘s exhibits<br />
at your leisure. For the return journey, we’ll meet in front<br />

Brand and Burgstein. Two sunny balconies cling like<br />
nests about 200 metres above the valley floor. Maria, our<br />
hiking guide, will accompany you from the hotel to the<br />
suspension bridge. Walk along the old ‘Burgsteiner’ road<br />
until the bridge comes into view. „Close your eyes and<br />
go!“ is the motto on the panoramic suspension bridge,<br />
because the view is unbeatable. 83 metres long, it spans<br />
the ‘Maurer Rinne’ and is a true landmark of Längenfeld.<br />
The route then continues to the Brand Alm, where you can<br />
stop for a bite to eat and warm up for the descent.<br />
