behaviour. We simply will not tolerate
it. To report any offensive chanting
or behaviour during a match please
speak to a Steward immediately.

stand, row, seat number, description
of the offender and summary of the
incident. Club staff members will pick
up this information immediately and
address as swiftly as they can. To report
any offensive chanting or behaviour

email: supporters@stokecityfc.com. All
information will be treated confidentially.
SAFETY NOTICE
The following acts are offences under
the Football (Offences) Act 1991, as
amended: the throwing of any object
within the bet365 Stadium without
lawful authority; the chanting of an
indecent, racist or homophobic nature;
the entry onto the playing surface or any
adjacent area to which spectators are
not generally admitted without lawful
authority or excuse. Conviction may be
result in a Banning Order being made.

Please respect your fellow spectators
by refraining from persistent standing.
Please note that the bet365 Stadium is
a no smoking venue. This includes, for
the avoidance of doubt, the smoking
of electronic cigarettes and any other
vapour omitting substitutes. Remember
that drinking alcohol in view of the
pitch is a criminal offence, as is being
drunk anywhere on the premises. CCTV
cameras are in use around the bet365
Stadium and Stoke City Football Club
may itself use or pass recordings to the
police or any other event organiser for
use in proceedings. In the event of an
emergency, you will hear a message
over the public address system - listen
to the message carefully and follow the
instructions of bet365 Stadium staff.
Evacuation of the bet365 Stadium is a
last resort and we may ask you to move
from your immediate area initially.
Please always remain vigilant and report
anything you consider suspicious to a
member of bet365 Stadium staff. Stoke
City Football Club will not tolerate
unacceptable conduct at the bet365
Stadium or away at any other football
stadia. The use of threatening behaviour,
disorderly conduct, foul or abusive
language is strictly forbidden and will
