Catalogue of Services provides you with a
taste of what life is like with The Hawthorn in
our midst.
The Hawthorn benefits our entire ELIM
community and knits us even more closely
together. The building has several collective
shared dining spaces, and alongside this
emphasis on community dining is a focus on
well-being. Well-being is spearheaded through
the Clearwater Spa and complemented by
fitness classes and an array of other community
and wellness programs and services.

DINING
The Hawthorn features a variety
of dining services with quality,
fresh, and local ingredients being
a common thread throughout.
There are three dining spaces
to choose from, which are
each distinct and designed with
convenience in mind. Dining
options are available throughout
the day with no set meal
times—come at your leisure!
ALPINE BISTRO
& PATIO AT THE
HAWTHORN *
With buffet-style ease, this bistro is sizzling and
inviting. Drop in and order the day’s featured
hot dish directly from the cook in this openstyle
Chef’s station. Take your lunch to the Patio
at the Hawthorn to enjoy in the shade of our
towering fir trees, together with a friend.
CHEHALIS CAFÉ
& LOUNGE
This unique space is a café-by-day, loungeby-night
casual environment for relaxed,
spontaneous moments. Grab a morning
coffee alongside a fresh pastry. Choose a
warm breakfast featuring farm-fresh eggs, or a
nostalgic, hearty bowl of oatmeal.
As evening descends, the café transitions to its
lounge fare. Choose from a wine and beverage
list and pair your drink with an enticing, pubstyle
starter. Sit back and relax with friends to
enjoy a sports match on overhead screens.
SUMMIT DINING
ROOM & TERRACE *
This formal dining space is elegant and ready
to satisfy with seasonal menu options. With a
rotating dinner menu, you can order à la carte
from a selection of delectable entrees. Open
exclusively for dinner, this restaurant-style
experience is the perfect place to host out of
town guests.
*Two daily meals are included in the monthly rental for
Hawthorn residents.

Prefer to stay in and dine in the comfort of your home? You can!
Simply call ahead to order and our staff will eagerly deliver to any
building or suite on ELIM’s Garrison Crossing campus. A hot meal
delivered right to your door? Sounds good!
CATERING
In addition to the many dining spaces on the main floor, The
Hawthorn features several amenity spaces suitable for special
events. Book the Selkirk Multi-Purpose Room / Chapel for a large
gathering. For a more intimate get together, The Cascade Reading
Lounge or Cheam Meeting Room located on the 6th floor are
available. Both have outdoor terraces with exquisite mountainscape
views. Order in catering from our hospitality team with ease.
Catering services are also available for other amenity spaces in
adjacent ELIM buildings onsite.
LIGHT FOOD PREP
Do you still enjoy the satisfaction of your own culinary creations
yet would benefit from some assistance? Let our staff do some of
the work. From light food prep, to setting your table, we can help.
